The average wedding dress costs around £1100 - £1600 including accessories. There is no denying that this is a large sum of money, but here are few tips to help you get over it!
- Accept that you are likely to only wear the dress once! It may be difficult, but this will dawn on you some time so its best to accept it from the start.
- Because of the above consider a second hand dress - it is one of the most sensible second hand purchases as it is likely to only have been used for a few hours!
- It may not be necessary to spend so much money on shoes, especially if you have a long dress, as they will hardly be seen!
